Put these on for better focus
Monday Tip
I wanted to share a simple trick I use to block out distractions. It’s simple and I bet you have what you need nearby.
Headphones.
This works great in busy offices, co-working spaces, or even at home.
You don't have to listen to your normal playlists if you don't want to. There are other options like white noise or beats without words - great for focusing and stopping your brain from wandering.
Give it a try next time you need to concentrate. It's an easy way to create your own bubble of productivity.
