It reminded me of a good Monday tip - if you drink or ingest some form of caffeine you really want to monitor it and make sure it’s working for you, not against you!

I’m going to be trying a no-caffeine routine for 30 days starting in about a week…should be interesting and I’ll be sharing how it goes.
