Monday Tip

Do you ever feel sluggish when starting your day? I know I do sometimes.

It can be hard to get going and be productive when you don’t feel “it”.

I've found that the best thing to do is to just get up and move. Even if it's only for a minute.

If the weather is nice, I'll go for a quick walk outside. If not, I'll just walk around the house or do a quick chore like putting away some dishes or taking out the trash.

Getting my body moving seems to help my mind follow along.

Give it a try next time you're feeling sluggish. It might not make you productive all day, but it can definitely help get you started and ready to tackle that first important task of your day.
