Look at your to-do list. Ask yourself: "What can I really control?"
Feel free to let go of the rest - easier said than done, I know, but over time it really works to lower stress and help you get to work on the things you control.
This helps me zero in on what matters. I can work smarter, not harder. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
