Monday Tip

Want a quick boost to your day? I've got a simple tip that works well for me.

Step outside and move your body first thing in the morning. It's a “hack” for both your brain and body. Even a short walk or some light yard work can get you going.

No sunshine? No problem. Indoor movement works too. The key is to get active for a few minutes before diving into your day. Sun in the face is a bonus :)
