Keep the habit but also do this
Monday Tip
Imagine being able to feed your habit-building process, even at times when you don't feel like it. All you need is a slight shift in perspective and approach.
Instead of giving up when you can't do everything, try doing just a little.
In the words of James Clear, “Keep the habit, reduce the scope”.
The same goes for work. If the day is overwhelming, focus on the vital tasks.
Complete them and re-evaluate your work from there. Think of it this way — instead of being burdened with the enormity of all, take it in small, manageable chunks and still get the benefits.
Remember, it's all about keeping the habit alive. So, reduce the scope, keep the habit.
